Mark Cate began playing the trumpet at eight and spent some serious study time with classical orchestra work and several Broadway Musicals. He also began playing the guitar at 13 and played in various garage bands throughout high school. While in college, he played both instruments with several performing bands in local clubs. Meeting up with Norm and Steve in 1998, he plays guitar and sings vocal harmonies.
